How do I reset my password?

If you’ve forgotten your password for your NHS Volunteering account, you can reset this:

1. Go to the NHS Volunteering recruiter sign in page.
2. Select Forgot your password from the sign in screen.
3. Enter your email address.
4. Select Send verification code.
5. Enter the verification code received by email in the 'Verification Code' text box.
6. Select Verify code.
7. Select Continue.
8. Open the Microsoft Authenticator app and select the account for NHS Volunteering.
9. Enter the one-time code from the app into the text box on NHS Volunteering.
10. Select Verify.
11. Enter your new password.
12. Select Continue.

Your password will be reset, and you can access your NHS Volunteering account.
