Acceptable documents
Employee pension contributions
We’ll accept a March or month 12 payslip which shows the end of year total earnings and deductions.
Private pension contributions
We’ll accept an end of tax year pension statement which shows the total pension contributions paid for the whole of the tax year.
Additional voluntary pension contributions
We’ll accept an end of tax year pension statement which shows the total pension contributions paid for the whole of the tax year.
Other expenses connected to employment (if allowed for tax purposes)
We’ll accept a ‘P2 (new)’ or ‘P11D’.This form is issued by HM Revenue and Customs to someone who has allowable tax relievable income or expenses.
