Once your assessment of study needs report has been received and assessed, you'll receive a DSAs award letter. This will advise you of your General Allowance entitlement for the academic year.
To claim your General Allowance, you must upload the original receipts for the items you bought to your MyFunding account. We'll refund you up to your awarded amount.
Receipts you send us for books must be signed by your tutor to confirm they are non-core textbooks.
We aim to process and refund receipts within 20 working days of being received.
