You're eligible to apply for Healthy Start if you're more than 10 weeks pregnant or have a child under the age of 4 and live in:
- England
- Wales
- Northern Ireland
If you live in Scotland, you can get help from Best Start Foods.
You must be receiving either:
- Universal Credit (UC) and your family's total take-home pay is £408 or less per month
- Income Support
- income-based Jobseeker's Allowance (JSA)
- Pension Credit which includes the child addition
You're also eligible if you're more than 10 weeks pregnant and either:
- you’re under the age of 18
- you claim income-related Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
