Your prepaid card will be closed when:

your NHS Healthy Start claim expired over 16 weeks ago
you do not use your prepaid card for over 16 weeks
a duplicate claim has made been for the same child

Any remaining balance on your prepaid card will be removed and returned to NHS Healthy Start.
