We'll pass the information to our processing team who will return the claim for further editing.

Once the claim has been returned, you can find it on your 'Manage Claims' tab under 'Needs Action'.

When the claim has been resubmitted, we aim to process it within 2 to 6 weeks.

Once a claim has been approved, you'll receive the payment directly to your nominated bank account within 10 working days.

Claims and payments cannot be fast tracked.
