Once you've submitted your claim, we aim to process this within 2 to 6 weeks.
When your claim has been processed, you'll receive an email confirming it's either been:
- approved
- rejected
- returned
You must log into your account to check the details of your claim.
If your claim has been rejected, there will be a note on the claim confirming why.
Once a claim has been approved, you'll receive the payment directly to your nominated bank account within 10 working days.
Claims or payments cannot be fast tracked.
