The CQC is an independent regulator of health and social care in England.
Organisations must be CQC registered to be eligible to claim for the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training (OMMT). They do not need to register for LDSS claims.
CQC registered organisations can claim for Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training (OMMT) completed by any staff member whether that staff member is related or non-regulated.
