What must I do if I cannot login to my Compass account?

If you’ve forgotten your password or memorable word:

1. Select the ‘forgotten password or memorable word’ link on the login page.
2. Follow the instructions on the screen.
3. Select the link in the email sent to your email address.
4. Answer the security question.

Account is locked

Your account will be locked for 30 minutes if you enter incorrect details 5 or more times.

You can try to access your account after 30 minutes.

Participant users

Any participant user must be unlocked by the administrator who created their account.

If you're a Commissioner, contact the administrator who originally created your Compass account.

If you're a member of practice staff, your practice provider who granted you access can unlock your account.

Other users

If you're a provider, clinician, or a Commissioner administrator, contact our helpdesk using our online webform.
