If you’ve forgotten your password or memorable word:
- Select the ‘forgotten password or memorable word’ link on the login page.
- Follow the instructions on the screen.
- Select the link in the email sent to your email address.
- Answer the security question.

Account is locked
Your account will be locked for 30 minutes if you enter incorrect details 5 or more times.
You can try to access your account after 30 minutes.
Participant users
Any participant user must be unlocked by the administrator who created their account.
If you're a Commissioner, contact the administrator who originally created your Compass account.
If you're a member of practice staff, your practice provider who granted you access can unlock your account.
Other users
If you're a provider, clinician, or a Commissioner administrator, contact our helpdesk using our online webform.
