If you’ve forgotten your password or memorable word, you can reset this by using the ‘forgotten password or memorable word’ link on the log in page.

Follow the instructions on this screen and you will be sent an email to reset your log in details. Select the link in the email and answer the security question to reset your password or memorable word.

If your account is locked

Your Compass account will lock if you enter incorrect log in details more than 5 times. Your account will unlock automatically after 30 minutes. Alternatively, contact your Compass administrator who can unlock your account.
