You can disable a participant’s Compass account if you have access in your user role.
Amending a participant in a provider record
- Go to the ‘Provider’ folder in the Homepage menu.
- Select ‘Provider and User Update and select ‘Edit’ in the ‘Action’ column of the Provider ID.
- Select the ‘Participants’ tab and click ‘Edit’ next to the participant
- Remove the tick from the ‘System user’ box to remove their access to this provider ID on Compass
- Return to the ‘Participants’ tab, use the drop-down arrow next to the ‘Edit’ button and select ‘Deactivate’.
Amending a participant in a commissioner record
- Go to the ‘Commissioner’ folder in the Homepage menu.
- Select ‘Commissioner Update and select ‘Edit’ in the ‘Action’ column of the commissioner record.
- Select the ‘Participants’ tab and click ‘Edit’ next to the participant
- Remove the tick from the ‘System user’ box to remove their access to this commissioner on Compass
- Return to the ‘Participants’ tab, use the drop-down arrow next to the ‘Edit’ button and select ‘Deactivate’.
