As an NHS performer you will automatically become a member of the NHS Pension Scheme when you begin employment. Membership is optional and you can opt out of the scheme at any time.

If you do not wish to be a member of the NHS Pension Scheme you can opt out by downloading the SD502 form from the NHS Pensions website.
