You will need to submit a Change of Circumstances and provide a new Childcare Allowance application. You will also need to provide a covering letter to explain the addition or change to your current provider(s).

If you no longer require childcare submit a Change of Circumstances and provide written confirmation giving the date that you last used the childcare provider. Once we receive this letter, we will stop or recalculate your Childcare Allowance payments.

If you would like your Childcare Allowance payments held in the meantime to avoid overpayments, please contact us to request the payments are put on hold.

Once the change in circumstances is completed we will amend your Childcare payments from the next unpaid month onwards.
