Submit a Change of Circumstances form.

You must complete a new Childcare Allowance (CCA) application form and provide a covering letter explaining the addition or change to your current provider.

If you're receiving CCA as part of your NHS Bursary award and you or your partner begin to receive childcare payments as part of Tax Credits or Universal Credit (UC), you must provide your revised Tax Credit award or UC statement showing the date you started to receive childcare from them.

Once we receive this, we'll stop any future payments and recalculate your CCA entitlement up until the point you started receiving it from HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC).

If you no longer need childcare, you must provide written confirmation giving the date you last used the childcare provider.

Once we receive this letter, we'll stop or recalculate your CCA payments.

Contact us if you want your CCA payments held in the meantime to avoid overpayments.

Once the Change in Circumstances is completed, we'll amend your childcare payments from the next unpaid month onwards.
