Changing bank or building society
You can change the account your DD is paid from by contacting your bank or building society.
You do not need to contact us directly as your details will be updated automatically through their ‘switching service’.
If you want to change the DD to another individual’s account or if the details on your DD notification letter are incorrect, contact our helpdesk.
Changing payment date
We cannot change your DD payment date if it’s your first payment or if your payment is due within 3 working days.
If you want to change the payment date for following payments, contact our helpdesk.
The new payment date must be more than 13 days from the date of your request to make sure there's enough time to tell your bank or building society.
If a change to your payment date means you miss a date from your collection plan, we may need to take 2 payments. This is to make sure you have paid in full before your PPC expires.
