You're eligible for a free NHS sight test if:
- you've been diagnosed with diabetes or glaucoma
- you're aged 40 or over and your mother, father, sibling or child has been diagnosed with glaucoma
- you've been told by an ophthalmologist you're at risk of glaucoma
You must have a statement from your General Practitioner (GP) or eye hospital clinic confirming this.
If you've recently paid for an NHS sight test, contact the integrated care board (ICB) for a refund.
