A ‘continuation’ is when you return to the same practice for more NHS dental treatment within 2 calendar months of completing an earlier treatment.

You'll not be charged if the continuation is from the same treatment band as the original treatment or lower.

Continuation does not apply if the first treatment was incomplete or was an urgent treatment.
