You'll be sent a new card before your current card's expiry date. This does not affect your claim or the money on your card.
You can continue to use your current card until it expires or until you receive your new card.
Once you've received your new card, dispose of the old card securely.
Your new card will be activated and ready to use. You must enter your PIN the first time you use the card.
NHS Healthy Start prepaid cards are valid for 3 years until the end of the month shown on the card.
