Call 0118 338 5810 if your Healthy Start card has been:  

  • lost
  • damaged
  • stolen

You'll need your client ID and date of birth.

Your card will be reissued, and you'll receive your replacement within 10 working days.

Your new card will be reissued with a new PIN.

Someone else has used your card

If you think someone has used your Healthy Start card, you must report this to the police as soon as possible.

Contact our helpdesk on 0300 330 7010 with the crime reference number and we'll investigate the payments. We cannot investigate this without a crime reference number.

A refund will be provided if applicable.

Any transactions made before the card was reported to us will not be refunded.
