A Grant Determination letter states that a company will abide by the rules for the funding scheme. This is a legal requirement for all government funding.
This will be shown on the system:
- when you're invited to register to use the service
- at the beginning of each new financial year
This must be read in full and agreed on the system by the Senior Responsible Officer (SRO).
Once completed, you can make a claim for funding in the relevant financial year.
