You can cancel a Direct Debit (DD) at any time by contacting your bank or building society and then notifying our helpdesk. This is part of our ‘Direct Debit Guarantee’.

If you cancel your DD you may have an outstanding balance, if you have money to pay we will write to you. If you do not pay for your PPC in full, the debt will be pursed and may result in legal action and the use of a credit reference agency.

If you were paying for another person’s PPC, we will write to the PPC holder.

If you no longer need a PPC as you are now entitled to free NHS prescriptions, you may be able to claim a refund.
